✅ Monitor safety, hygiene, and worker behavior
Key Requirements
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (HRM/Management preferred)
1–2 years’ experience in garments/factory HR
Strong communication skills
Basic MS Excel & HR documentation knowledge
