Job Description
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting assigned operational functions by ensuring workforce availability, capability, and effective people management. The role focuses on partnering with operations to address workforce needs and people-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Partnership
Act as the HR Business Partner for Production, Engineering, and Quality Control .
Work closely with operational leaders to support business and manpower requirements.
2. Workforce Planning & Staffing
Ensure availability of required manpower for the assigned functions.
Lead and coordinate the recruitment of blue-collar workforce based on operational needs.
Follow up on workforce deployment to ensure alignment with production requirements.
3. Performance & Capability Follow-up
Monitor workforce performance and follow up to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within assigned departments.
Support performance evaluation processes in coordination with line management.
4. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and training needs in coordination with department heads.
Coordinate training initiatives to improve workforce capability and productivity.
5. Employee Relations & Issue Resolution
Handle and support the resolution of people-related issues and challenges within assigned operational areas.
Act as the HR focal point for problem-solving related to manpower and workforce efficiency.
Key Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of total HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
Strong experience supporting operational / industrial environments.
Proven ability to manage blue-collar workforce requirements.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Work Schedule:
Friday & Saturday are off
